It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, but North Star Productions is still here and continuing to provide professional real estate photography and media throughout Western Washington!
And with the introduction of NWMLS First Look, I’m excited to add something new.
🏡 NEW — First Look Pre-Listing Package | $300
First Look gives agents and sellers an opportunity to begin building exposure while a property is preparing for its full Active launch.
I’ve created a package specifically for that pre-listing stage:
📸 10 professionally edited property photos
🎥 Short cinematic First Look video
📱 Content designed for social media and pre-listing promotion
The idea is simple: start building excitement before launch day without giving away the entire listing.
When it’s time to go fully Active, you can come back for your complete listing photography and any additional media you need at my regular pricing.
North Star is also introducing dedicated property websites that showcase the listing while directing buyer inquiries straight to the listing agent. More details on those coming soon!
And of course, I’m still offering all the services you know:
📸 Professional Photography • 🎥 Cinematic Video • 🚁 Drone Photo & Video • 📱 Social Media Reels • 🏠 Virtual Tours • 📐 Floor Plans • 🌅 Virtual Twilight • 🛋️ Virtual Staging • 🌲 Vacant Land Media
Have a listing coming up? Send me a message and let’s get it ready to stand out.
