Right in time for Thanksgivingš¦ā
Congratulations to my NOT first time home buyers but my more āØSEASONEDāØ buyers. What I mean by that is, they came to me looking to purchase a new home knowing exactly what they did not want. Coming from a big house with a big yard excited to start their life in this home they thought had checked off all your boxes with everything they wanted.
Soon to realize, the upkeep had put a toll on them.
When you search home goals youāll typically find a big house, multiple rooms, big yard, tall trees and green grass. However, you donāt think about the additional chores that you will have to take on to maintain this. If youāre a busy person, have a business to run, a family to care for and spend time with + making time for yourself. Your house and those additional chores become a burden. Yes, you can always pay someone but at some point youāll have to ask if itās worth it?
They decided it was not worth it. Fasting forward, we chatted discussed their pain points and here we are two months later after connecting we may have got them into their simply perfect homeš
