The trees around my house look beautiful with their white vails today, but there's nothing like being snowed in to make me think of waterfront homes.

From PRIVATE PONDS to OCEANSIDE there are great options for WATERFRONT homes on the market right now.

I found 16 waterfront properties within 50 miles of Lowell - priced from $275,000 - $550,000.

The price range from $550,000 - $1,000,000 yields an additional 33 listings.

There's even a HOUSEBOAT for sale in the Charlestown Marina for $299,000 (plus slip fees). Its advertised, by the listing agent, as having an inviting open concept interior and panoramic views. The photos support that claim.
