Could not be happier for these two!.. We started our journey a little while back, but unfortunately, life happened, and we had to put our search on hold. Turned out our little pause was the best thing that could have happened for us. When they saw this property at the open house, they knew it was the one. 🎃My first time home buyer was looking for something special, and we found JUST that. For months, we saw homes that were cute, but just didn’t feel right. She wanted to be in a location that would enhance her lifestyle, like walking to coffee shops, local entertainment, things to do with friends, and the opportunity to meet new people. Everything we saw needed a little too much work, was too far from civilization, or just didn’t feel right…. The accepted offer had the best terms in the eyes of my sellers, and it made the most sense for them… it also helps that it was an amazing offer and their agent advocated incredibly strongly for them!

💡Seller Tip! 👏🏼PRICING👏🏼IS👏🏼MARKETING👏🏼.. my sellers were nervous about pricing it lower than expected, but they trusted the process. We ran the comps, we knew where it should appraise, and we priced it competitively to get where we needed to be in today’s market! Ultimately, buyers are going to dictate what a property is worth, and this is a perfect example of that!
