Story Time...
Back in December, these clients called me about selling one home and buying another.
What sounded like a straightforward move quickly turned into months of problem solving, strategy sessions, lender conversations, contract negotiations, and more phone calls than I can count. There were plenty of highs, a few moments where it felt like things might fall apart, and a whole lot of teamwork along the way.
One of the biggest wins was helping them navigate an assumable mortgage on the listing side. Assumptions can be a fantastic opportunity in the right situation, but they come with their own challenges and moving parts. After months of working through the process, we got it across the finish line.
Today, both transactions officially closed.
I'm incredibly grateful for the trust they placed in me throughout this journey. These are the kinds of transactions that remind me real estate isn't just about opening doors and putting signs in yards. It's about solving problems, staying calm when things get complicated, and finding a way to get your clients where they want to be.
Congratulations to my friends on the sale of their home and the purchase of the next chapter. We made it. 🎉🏡
If you've heard about assumable mortgages and wondered whether they might work for you, feel free to reach out. They're not right for every situation, but knowing how to navigate them can make a huge difference.
