Properly priced homes are still getting multiple offers and selling for over asking. It's all in the marketing. My seller followed all of the guidance for preparing this home to sell and it paid off!

Join me tomorrow at this gorgeous Chelsea Fairways home! 🏡

One of my favorite features is the sun-filled bump-out that extends through all three floors, offering incredible natural light and beautiful views of the backyard from every level. This home is packed with charm and thoughtful design—you won't want to miss it!

Come take a look and imagine yourself at home.
