Exciting progress is underway!

We have attended our pre-construction meeting with the Town of Freeport, Maine so start the next step toward developing a new community along Route 1!!

This milestone represents months of planning, design, and collaboration, and we are eager to begin bringing much-needed housing opportunities to the area. Our goal is to create a thoughtfully designed neighborhood that complements the character of Freeport while providing quality homes for future residents.

We look forward to working closely with the Town, local stakeholders, and the community throughout this process. Stay tuned for updates as we move from planning to construction!
