Approximately 550,000+ U.S. citizens are homeless right now. We don’t have a housing shortage. What we have is a systematic, man-made gap in affordable housing access. Everyone deserve a safe place to call home. Safe from freezing to death. Safe from having to take snow and boil it for water. Safe from rain and extreme heat. It shouldn’t take everything a person has just to secure their housing.

The vibrant community of Dexter, Michigan is home to an active downtown, various parks, affluent businesses, and amazing schools. It’s a great place to start a family or new chapter of your life. Located mere minutes away from bustling Ann Arbor, this vivid city is home to 5,000 residents. Dexter is also home to the picturesque Dexter-Huron Metropark and Dexter Cider Mill.

We are proud to announce that our newly acquired property is located in downtown Dexter. The house was built in the 1800s and still holds most of its historic beauty. A surgeon in the Civil War owned this home and practiced in it. It even still has a horse hitch in the front yard. With 1393 square feet, a small basement, and a garage, this place will be ready to be moved into in no time after we’re finished with it.
