To Prospective Tenants.
We have will our information session today from 3-5pm for the 3 lottery rental units. We will post it here for all to review
The lottery is schedule for 10/05. *subject toAll applications must be received by 10/01.
We have received a ton of credit and background applications, and we will be reaching out to everybody who is applied to get the lottery application.
The signed lottery application, required bank statements, tax returns, paycheck, stubs, assets statements, proof of residency ID, and a signed application. Everything will need to be verified. We will spend the next 2 weeks veryifyng all applications.
 Household sizes of 2-4 people may apply per state occupancy guidelines. this includes adults and children.
An application, and all the required documents will be required for every adult living in the household.

The market rents arranging from $2,800- $3,600 a month, these rents are extremely affordable and desirable, but there are only 3 in this development.
These are income restricted apartments for the Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance of The City Of Chelsea.
We hope to be completed on this project by October 30. However it's New construction we can't guarantee that date.
1 pet will be allowed, but not prefered. All licensed and shots will need to be verified.
There is no fee and first and last month will be due at lease signing.
Average Utilities are included. *Will be verified what is and what isn't.
