Some closings mean a little more than others.

I had the privilege of helping some good friends sell their home here in Chelsea Park as they start an exciting new chapter with their new home in Auburn!

And this one was a reminder that sometimes the road from “For Sale” to “SOLD” isn’t a straight line. Sometimes a home has to go under contract more than once before the right transaction makes it all the way to the closing table. What matters is staying the course, working through the challenges, and getting to that SOLD sign in the end!

There’s something special about helping friends through such a big life transition, and I’m grateful they trusted me to be a part of it.
