Closed on this gem on Friday!

I’ve always had a soft spot for Spangle, and this in town cutie was no exception. This sale came with a few extra hurdles, clearing title was no small task, but my seller handled it all with incredible patience and determination. Truly hats off to her. 🙌🏼
