[THE SNOHOMISH LUXURY MARKET, REDEFINED]

If you’ve been curious whether the Snohomish market is hot, slow, competitive, or cooling… let’s talk about it!

The details are a little more nuanced than that.

Right now, the 98290 resale market is showing a clear split.

Some homes are moving quickly, receiving strong offers, and averaging around 101% of list price.

Others are sitting longer, competing against a growing pool of inventory, and requiring price adjustments or concessions to sell.

Current average days on market is around 18 days, but recent weeks have shown some homes sitting beyond that.

That tells us one thing:

This is no longer a market where simply listing a home guarantees momentum.

It is a market that sincerely rewards preparation, pricing strategy, presentation, and understanding exactly who the right buyer is for any particular property.
