What an AMAZING time we had at our Client Appreciation Tailgate last Saturday! From cheering on EWU at their homecoming game to enjoying great food, laughter, and time spent with some of our favorite people, it was truly a day to remember! ❤️💛

📈 Home sales are up! We’ve seen a modest increase in the number of homes sold this July compared to July 2025 and July 2024.

💰 Average sales prices continue to rise. Average prices increased approximately 3% from 2024 to 2025 and are up another 2% this year.

The good news? We’re seeing price increases happening at a much more normal, sustainable pace, while the market continues to move.
