Our hearts are with everyone affected by the recent Spokane-area fires. During this difficult time, Rudeen Management is committed to helping individuals and families find safe, comfortable housing as they recover and rebuild.

While Boulder Apartments is currently fully occupied and does not have any apartments available, we're happy to help you find a home at one of our other Rudeen communities that currently have immediate availability. Our team is here to guide you through the process and make finding housing as easy as possible.

To further support those impacted, application and administrative fees are being waived for eligible housing assistance.

If you or someone you know needs housing, please reach out to us. We're here to help however we can.

This will be great for the City of Cheney!

The Spokane Parks Foundation is grateful for a generous Inland Power & Light Community Foundation grant for the new multi-million-dollar Cheney Aquatics Center.

We told you when crews broke ground for the project. We can’t wait to see what it looks like as workers near completion later this year.

The new aquatic center will include a recreational pool with a lazy river, a six-lane competition lap pool, a waterslide, and other features. The design plans also call for a 5,000-square-foot pool house with locker rooms, offices for lifeguards and staff, and a community meeting room available for year-round use.

The Parks Foundation partnered with the City of Cheney to help raise money for free programs and additional amenities.
