I have an inspection coming up and the property has a pool. The client specifically asked that I inspect it. I haven't done a pool before. InterNACHI has a continuing education course on pools and spas so I took it to research as much as I could about the subject in order to better serve my client.

We had an excellent experience with Brian's Home inspection. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took his time inspecting the property and welcomed us to follow along throughout the entire process. He explained his findings clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we understood everything.

What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. Rather than simply pointing out minor issues, he took the extra time to discuss practical solutions and possible repairs. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us make an informed decision.

His attention to detail, patience, and dedication were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better home inspection experience and would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home!

One of today's calls came from a buyer with an inspection contingency deadline at 10 a.m. tomorrow. Their offer had already been accepted, but they wanted to know what they were buying before making their final decision. Their concern was the possibility of Orangeburg pipe. I got the call around noon while headed to Davenport and had the sewer scoped, recorded, and the full report delivered by 9 p.m.

Sometimes it's not about fitting another inspection into the schedule. It's about giving someone the information they need before an important deadline.

This one was not hard to figure out. But getting to the spot to take the photograph was.

This was a manufactured home in Fairfield that I was called to help with. The home wasn't tied down and needed an engineering/foundation certification in order to meet the closing deadline. I was able to get all of the correct parts, install them, and then conduct the engineering/foundation certification all on the same day ensuring HUD compliance and keeping the closing on schedule.
