Another successful closing in Madras! This home needed quite a bit of updating, and traditional financing wasn’t the right fit. We found a creative solution through seller-carried financing, secured by a promissory note and trust deed, giving the buyer a path to purchase while providing the seller with a secured financial interest in the property.
