The Spring River Area Chamber of Commerce (SRACC) held a Blue Ribbon Welcome for King-Rhodes & Associates Real Estate (King-Rhodes) at their dedication of their new porch on June 3. King-Rhodes has been in their current location at 249 Iroquois Dr. in Cherokee Village since 1991. Their new porch creates a beautiful and welcoming façade and entry. The community was invited to celebrate with them as they dedicated the new porch to Ron Rhodes, one of the original founders of the business who passed way last year. Fifteen acres and a beautiful home on the Strawberry River officially changed hands, and I had the privilege of representing both the sellers and the buyers.
