🏡 SOLD and this one was another extra special one this summer. ❤️ Congratulations to my wonderful sellers, Sophia & Matt, on the sale of their home in Haddon Heights!

This wasn’t just another house I had the privilege of selling, this was my neighbor’s home. I got to watch Matt find his beautiful wife, Sophia Aguilar and then watch the two of them grow together and eventually outgrow the home where the first chapter of their love story was written. 🥹❤️

Now, they’re passing the baton to a young newlywed couple who get to begin their own love story within these same walls and I truly couldn’t have asked for better new neighbors!

It’s such a full circle moment. I’m incredibly grateful that Sophia & Matt trusted me not only as their neighbor and friend, but as their Realtor, to help them close this chapter and move on to the next one. I’ll miss having you as neighbors, but I’m so excited for what’s ahead for you both!

Congratulations to my amazing sellers and best friends Stephanie and Joseph on the sale of their very first home together! 🥂

They bought this home with me as newly weds, ready to start their life together… and Friday, they left it as a beautiful family of five, with three sweet little girls and a lifetime of memories made within these walls. 💕👨‍👩‍👧‍👧‍👧
