Every town on this list has an average sales price of $450K or less. And this is just a short list! There’s MORE.

Of course, what you can actually afford depends on your individual finances, monthly debt, loan program, taxes and a bunch of other factors. But I think sometimes people hear “South Jersey” and assume they’ve already been priced out of buying here.

There are still plenty of towns where you can find a home under $450K… you just need to know where to look.
