It was a BIG day for this very special lady! 💖
We settled on the place she has called home for over 65+ yrs; where so, so many beautiful memories were made 🏡🫶🏻🪵

After multiple offers in, ALL over list price, she chose the most perfect buyers in just a few days post listing with one condition of meeting a close date prior to her 94th birthday (next weekend). And we did just that! 👊🏻

Most real estate transactions are coupled with “bumps in the road” and this certainly was no exception though I am beyond grateful that all parties truly worked as team players to get this done. It makes all the difference. Wonderful co-op, really sweet Buyers and one amazing Seller 🥰
