Like most Sundays it’s very busy around your home – more so now that you decided to sell your house. It seems like all you do is clean but I’ve kicked you out for the afternoon. As you go off to a movie, a videographer and photographer are setting up. The comforting aroma of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies is starting to emanate from your kitchen. On your way to the car you hear the telltale buzz of a drone taking aerial pictures and video of your house. Your house will soon be listed on multiple listing services and an open house is scheduled. If all goes as planned I’ll have an offer for you by the time you return home. I only ask that you don’t spoil the ending to the movie.
