Today AAIC celebrates our ten-year anniversary of providing insurance claims consulting, adjusting and investigative services to our insurance company and lawyer clients. Thank you all for another great year!

I have over 45+ years of multi-line claims adjusting and investigative experience in both management and the field having worked for several carriers and as a claim's consultant, independent adjuster, private investigator and as a former police officer. I hold an MBA in Finance & Management from Southern Illinois University and a BA in Political Science from Rutgers University. I am retired from the United States Navy Reserve after 25 years of service that included sea duty and postings overseas in Europe, Central America, South America, the Eastern and Southern Pacific and service with the surface fleet, submarine forces and the Seabees. I was twice awarded the Navy and Marine Corp Meritorious Service Medal by the Secretary of the Navy. I have Multiple Line Claims experience including Property, Inland Marine, GL, Auto, Motor Truck Cargo, Ocean Marine and Workers Compensation in Residential and Commercial Insurance areas of coverage, TPA Management and Oversight, Claims Quality reviews and audits. I have extensive Expertise in the handling of specialty claims involving niche and boutique businesses including fine art losses, motor truck cargo, marine losses, agribusiness and other specialties. I was a former Claims Vice President and Executive General Adjuster with a multinational insurer and personally handled multi-million-dollar property and liability claims while with the company.
