A great example of affordable senior housing making an impact in local communities.

Pennrose recently helped open Good Shepherd Senior Residences in Philadelphia’s Overbrook neighborhood — a new 55-unit affordable housing community for adults 62+. The development transforms a former church site into safe, stable housing designed to help seniors age in place.
