Falling in love with a beautiful home on the yellow line of a major road might not be in their best interest. If I think we’ll have a problem selling that property in five years because of that road, I will recommend we move on. I will leave no stone unturned to find out everything possible about a property that could be a problem for my clients down the road. Being in the business over 30 years, I have a collection of professional inspectors and contractors who could answer any question for me. Having a good rapport with many township employees and inspectors is so valuable when working with a deadline. The nature of real estate is very personal. It’s so important to find the right real estate agent when making the most important investment of your life. When searching for a new home or listing a home I work very closely with that client.
