Call me at (609)922-1923 or email me at [email protected] Full-time licensed real estate professional since 1986 specializing in single family, multi-family, and condominiums. I have built my business mainly on referral and repeat business from former clients. Real estate is not an adversarial situation. We have a buyer who wants to buy and a seller who wants to sell. Keeping all lines of communication open is so important. Over the years I have worked with many wonderful agents. When they see my name on an offer or a listing, they know everyone will be treated fairly and professionally. I listen very closely to their wants and needs. Nothing makes me happier than to find them the right home in the right location for the right price. Falling in love with a beautiful home on the yellow line of a major road might not be in their best interest. If I think we’ll have a problem selling that property in five years because of that road, I will recommend we move on. I will leave no stone unturned to find out everything possible about a property that could be a problem for my clients down the road. Being in the business over 30 years, I have a collection of professional inspectors and contractors who could answer any question for me. Having a good rapport with many township employees and inspectors is so valuable when working with a deadline. The nature of real estate is very personal. It’s so important to find the right real estate agent when making the most important investment of your life. When searching for a new home or listing a home I work very closely with that client. When I promise to do something or asked to do something it will be done. I was proud to receive the Five Star Award in 2016. Out of 19,000 real estate agents, 2946 were nominated by their clients, 1003 actually received the award. That’s only 7% of all Realtors in the area.
