The 3rd Quarter was too good to us and more importantly - our clients! Major thank you to our clients who trusted us with these major life decisions ❤️ Here is a little recap:
762 Fairview, Woodbury - Heather and Bobby were so FUN to work with. They both had a great attitude about what they wanted and were realistic about how insane this market is for buyers. They worked hard to get into this home, and are finally making it their own.

217 White Horse Pike, Collingswood - Christian and David were eager to get back to city life when they reached out to me to sell their stunning Collingswood home. They went under contract in just 4 days for $5,000 over asking price!
32 Westerly Drive, Sicklerville - George and Kim were headed out, and my clients, The Mathews, were heading in! It was great to work with both sides on this transaction, everyone walked away happy. My sellers got $20,000 over asking price and my buyers got an amazing home!
85 Stoneshire Drive, Glassboro - I went to school with Rick and Karens daughter, Samantha, and when they decided it was time to retire, they called me to help. I was thrilled to sell this perfect townhome for Rick and Karen and I am so happy for them!
134 Todd Ave, Bellmawr - Laura is the most competitive person I know, so I knew that house hunting in this market would be no different. She finally landed this stunner and I am so happy for her and the koi fish she inherited!
