My first time home buyers parents were in the area and wanted to go through some open houses with them and I found this one… the name I mean how could I not show it?!

Great house, more then enough room for a single guy! When we got up to the master suite… and I saw the closet that was as big as a bedroom… I told him this would be wife bait. Then came the offer discussion 😂.

This was interesting as it was a For Sale By Owner and this is a frenzy of a market. The last time these sellers sold was over a decade ago.. and things have surely changed since then. I worked together with my buyer to develop a strategy which included an in depth discussion with the sellers so that they understood the terms of our offer and answered any questions they had.

When the seller called me to let me know my buyer had won the bid, they said it had a lot to do with his representation. In a market this crazy - who you choose to represent you can mean the difference in a winning offer!
