Six years ago this month, The Red Roof Cottage welcomed its first guests. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of hosting visitors from across the country, each bringing their own stories, adventures, and memories to this little corner of the woods.

To mark the occasion, I decided it was time to give our sign a little attention. After years of sun, rain, and mountain weather, it had earned a refresh. A little sanding, staining, and care brought it back to life, and I think it looks ready for the next chapter.

Looking back, it’s hard to believe how many families, couples, and travelers have passed through our doors over the last six years. What started as a simple idea has become a place where people celebrate anniversaries, reconnect with family, escape busy schedules, and create memories of their own.
