This month, I’m taking a closer look at Cecil County, where new listings increased to 107 (up from 94 in September) and average sale prices held steady around $388K — a slight 0.5% dip month-over-month. However, days on market climbed from 33 to 49, and closed sales dropped to 87, signaling that buyers are moving a little slower as the year winds down.

While the fall market often brings a shift in pace, it also opens opportunities — motivated sellers, less competition for buyers, and a more balanced landscape heading into the winter months. 🍁🏡
