2026 NEW BUILD: 👷‍♂️🛠️🧱🔩

What a ride! My 2023 return clients called me back in January to see newly built home in Williamsburg and within a couple days of that call we began the new build process from scratch with an entirely different builder!

The building process timeline differs from builder to builder with estimations throughout.. but we finally closed this GORGEOUS luxurious dream home in August! 🥂

I have been working with new construction contracts on top of resale the past couple of years now, so If you have any questions about what it looks like to start from scratch with a new build, look at models, inventory homes, customizations etc, please don’t hesitate to ask me!

WELCOME TO A NEW ERA! 🥹♥️ As many of you know, walking away from the classroom after 8 years wasn’t easy. Teaching wasn’t just my job. It was part of who I was!

I found out I was pregnant the weekend before school started… one year ago. 🤍 I knew I wanted to soak up my final year in the classroom while preparing for life as a mom. After four years of balancing two careers I loved, becoming a mom gave me the clarity to step away from the classroom and focus solely on real estate.

I wondered if I was leaving behind the thing I was meant to do. What ultimately gave me peace was realizing I’d still get to teach, just in a new way.

I teach first-time buyers what no one tells them about the home buying process.
I teach sellers how to prepare for one of the biggest financial decisions they’ll ever make.
I teach families how to navigate a process that can feel overwhelming.

Yes, the classroom changed…but the heart behind it didn’t. 🤍

To every student & colleague who ever called me Ms. Tranquill or Mrs. Bruns, thank you for shaping me♥️ And to every client who trusts me with one of life’s biggest milestones…Thank you for letting me keep doing what I love.

Finally, thank you to all who have supported me through this journey.

Here’s to this next chapter. 🤍
Xoxo
