we have another main valve water leak. Plumbers will need to shut off the water to the community to make the repairs. work should begin at 1030-1100 today. Sorry for the inconvenience due to the emergency repairs. we do not have time to place notices on your door. Please tell your neighbors! Thank you

Hello neighbors,

Just a quick reminder that there will be no trash pickup this Saturday (Christmas Day). This is such a huge trash volume holiday! To avoid an ugly overabundance of trash in our dumpsters, please dispose of items early this week or wait to toss them until next week. Thanks for your help in keeping our neighborhood clean!

Just a friendly reminder that there will be no trash pickup this Thursday (11/25). Let’s be kind to our neighbors who live near the dumpsters and plan around this. Anything you can haul out early or delay disposing of is appreciated!

Water to the community will be shut off Monday, July 19th between the hours of 8:30am to 12:00pm. Fingers crossed water meters will actually be installed this time! 🤞🏻

Notices will be handed out to each unit with gate code. ENJOY!

Everyone should have received notices today about the following:

- WATER TO THE COMMUNITY WILL BE SHUT OFF THIS THURSDAY- JUNE 24th, 9:00am to 2:00pm, due to the installation of water meters.

- The pool will be opening soon. Still have a few things to get done.

- VISITOR parking is NOT for residents. Residents should utilize overflow parking.

- Not on the notice, but an ongoing issue- BULK ITEMS DO NOT GO IN THE DUMPSTER OR OUTSIDE OF IT. If you have bulk items to dispose of, contact UPA at 757-963-9278 to schedule a bulk pick up. There is a fee for this.
