Closing days are the best when you get to help a great client and friend relocate back to VA into their desired neighborhood and into a great home!!! It’s bittersweet since they are leaving a beautiful home in NC but they always put the kiddos needs first. We were able to sell theirs quickly and for a great price as well as getting them into a great new home!! Thanks Lance and Heather for trusting me to sell your beautiful home and guide you on your journey for the new home. Now let’s do this again next week when we close on the new home!!
