First month of the year ✅
January brought so many good things, closed a beautiful listing and helped a couple of my military buyers get under contract on homes at their new duty stations.

We also welcomed our number 4 to the Clark family. Sweet Josey! She has already been to showings, home inspections, and witnessed a few crash outs but that’s real estate. 😂🥸

Closed a special one today, a home for our family just in time for Christmas! This whole process reminded me so much of what my clients experience and how beautiful (and a little stressful) the journey of homeownership is.

We are so thankful for everyone at and for their hard work on our behalf we wouldn’t have done it with anyone else! 🫶🏼
