Closing day is always special, but this one carried a little extra emotion.

I first met these wonderful clients over a year ago at Starbucks, and from that first conversation to today, it has been such an honor to walk alongside them.

After 27 years in a home they truly loved, this move was not easy. So many memories were made within those walls, and leaving a place that has held so much life is never just a transaction.

But this next chapter is a beautiful one — being closer to their kids and grandkids, making new memories, and stepping into a season that matters deeply to them.
