Buddy Buchner is the Vice President of Franchise Development at 1st Class Real Estate. He started with 1st Class in 2018 as the Client Care Manager running a department setting over 50 buyer/seller appointments/month for Real Estate Agents at the Corporate owned locations. By April of 2018 he was in charge of implementing and training the Salesforce CRM into the 1st Class Technology offering. Sale
sforce was immediately API’d into the Brokermint Transaction Portal to push updates for on-demand access to company financials for KPI’s like Lead Generation ROI, Agent Conversion Statistics, and Overall Franchise Performance. At the start of 2020, he evaluated kvCORE and recommended it be added to the technology portfolio at 1st Class Real Estate. Buddy quickly accepted another task to become the Salesforce and kvCORE Trainer before accepting the VP of Franchise Development Role in April of 2020. Buddy has helped over 20 individual Franchise owners realize their dream of opening their own brokerage. He also co-owns 1st Class Real Estate Mid-Atlantic and is currently part of 2 Title Joint Ventures. Previous to 1st Class Real Estate Buddy was a Sales Leader for McKesson Medical in the Mid-South Region and ran a 500 Million Base Products Marketing Segment for Physician Sales and Services out of Jacksonville Florida were he was an employee for 11 years.
