Two pretty big things happened yesterday. Fed Chair Powell told the Senate the crypto industry is maturing and blessed banks conducting crypto activities. Meanwhile, FHFA Director Pulte instructed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to allow crypto assets as leverage for mortgage underwriting.

In the near future, one will be able to go to the bank and when they ask you to itemize your assets, one might be able to list bitcoin to qualify for the mortgage. We support investors, if you’re interested in buying or selling real estate, call 757-301-1577.
