On December 31, 2025, I spent the day with this family writing a contract on a new construction home for them. It has been a roller coaster and they hung on and endured the ride! Fast forward 9 months later they are now closed on their beautiful new construction home!! Congratulations! 🎉 I can't wait to hear all the family memories they make! 🤗

When I was out showing property on Thursday in VA Beach I was able to get some sneek peeks of the US Navy's Blue Angels practice for their airshow today and tomorrow at Oceana! Unfortunately they are so fast I missed many photo ops including them in the diamond formation.

I represented this lovely family 3 years ago when they relocated here. They are on to other adventures and relocating to another area. They prepared their home beautifully! Back in 2014 I represented this young man's parents. Fast forward by 12 years and I represented him and his wife purchasing their first home. It was truly an honor to work with this young family! I found them a beautiful home and was able to negotiate them a heck of a deal that included a 3.99% fixed interest rate on a VA loan!! 🙌🔥😄

I have been MIA as this has been a very busy season professionally and personally. I have so much to catch up on with posting.

First up...This beautiful family that I helped when they purchased their first home 5 years ago. They asked me to represent them in the sale of that home.🤗 I was honored to help them again.
