For Jessica Peguero, life has always been about family, flexibility, and making the most of every opportunity. While many people know her as a real estate professional, those closest to her know her by another title she treasures most—MiMi. Family is at the center of her life, and spending time with her grandchildren is one of her greatest joys. When she's not with them, you'll often find her enjoying a relaxing day at the beach or tackling another organizing project around the house.

Jessica's journey has taken her far beyond her hometown of New Jersey. As the wife of a military servicemember, she had the opportunity to live in Rhode Island, Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, Chicago, and eventually Virginia. Each move introduced her to new people, new experiences, and taught her how to adapt to change—something that has become invaluable in both life and real estate.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Jessica worked at Navy Federal Credit Union as a Member Service Representative. She enjoyed helping members with everything from everyday banking needs to opening accounts and processing loans. That experience strengthened her passion for serving others and gave her a strong financial foundation that continues to benefit the clients she works with today.

One of Jessica's proudest accomplishments isn't a single milestone—it's the life she and her family have built together. While her husband served in the military and continues working after retirement, Jessica has helped manage the business side of their HVAC and automotive repair companies while also growing her real estate career. Through hard work, teamwork, and perseverance, they've created opportunities for their family that she's incredibly proud of.

Whether she's helping clients through one of life's biggest decisions or spending quality time with the people she loves most, Jessica believes that relationships always come first.
