First home
I have known Michelle for 15 years. She was living in an apartment when we first met. I always encouraged her to purchase her own home. She would say, “What if something happens?”. I would reply, “What if something doesn’t happen”. Truth be told, something will happen - eventually... it always does.
Michelle finally purchased her first home this year - I was her agent! We asked the Seller to provide a home warranty - which they agreed to. This gave Michelle peace of mind.
Michelle texted me on Thanksgiving to say “Thank you”. She had one more thing to be thankful for. A home that she can call her own!
