The girls are starting at their Brand New Elementary school today! TCES is just down the street from us so we are able to drive the golf cart 😆 I am so thankful to live closely to our school and to have these special mornings with the girls 💕

Turned our Grocery Market into a Flower Shop!! 💐

Found all the flowers and vases at our local Dollar Tree.

This is a PERFECT way to renew their interest in their toys as they grow up. 😍

Day 2: Roadtrip to Michigan
We stopped in the town of Frankenmuth! 🥨
Adorable, Belgium-inspired town just off the highway. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area

* At 1033 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Valhalla, or 14 miles southwest of Hertford, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of southwestern Perquimans, east central Bertie and southern Chowan Counties, including the following locations... Saint Johns, Macedonia, Hancock, Drummond Point, and Somerset.

🐚 I love you more than all the grains of sand on all the beaches in the world 💕

The girls spent this week with their Grandparents, so I decided it was time for a project! Audrey has been asking me to paint her room in a Mermaid theme for a while now, and this was the perfect opportunity.

Huge thank you to Carly for bringing the actual Mermaid 🧜‍♀️ to this mural!

The rest was painted little by little by me- doubting and second guessing every brush stroke 😆 but I’m so happy with how it turned out & I cannot wait to show them tomorrow when they get home.
