Shift- varied but average is 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week must be flexible as it may occasionally require some weekends

I am seeking a dedicated Licensed Administrative Assistant to be a crucial part in supporting my daily operations by managing a variety of administrative tasks to include:
• Managing calendars, listing & buyer packets
• Preparing marketing materials including property books
• Assist with client relations and contact to enhance the customer experience
• Performing various administrative duties to ensure a smooth transaction
• Implement Social Media Marketing strategies on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and You Tube platforms
This position requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, creativity and the ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
#1- Unquestionable integrity and honesty
• Prior administrative of office experience preparing Listing & Buyer packets
• Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
• The ability to plan & implement events successfully
• Strong attention to details, accuracy & follow up
• Proficient in computer skills, EXCEL, Microsoft Office & Howard Hanna programs
• Skilled in all applications & regulations for social media promotion
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Licensed & knowledgeable real estate agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Able to work independently and be a problem solver
Pay starting at $20 an hour that may increase after 3 months based on performance to $22 an hour
Possibility to gain clients for a referral fee from my leads
Opportunities for bonuses for procuring additional business
Job details:
This person must be extremely organized, have an excellent professional presentation with outstanding communication skills as he/she will be interacting both in person and via various methods of communication with clients, other agents & service professionals.
Some additional tasks outside of the office would be putting on lockboxes, meeting inspectors & contractors, checking on listings for signage and care.
Must have a positive attitude.
