🥂 Cheers to another busy and productive Friday in real estate! 🏡🍂

Started my morning celebrating another first-time homebuyer officially becoming a HOMEOWNER and getting baby snuggles! 🔑❤️ There’s nothing quite like helping someone reach that milestone!

Then it was off to Yorktown and Hampton for showings with two different buyers, followed by submitting an offer AND getting it RATIFIED! 🎉🙌 Now we’re getting home inspections scheduled and moving one step closer to another closing!

And just like that, I’m wrapping up the day prepping for another weekend full of showings! 🏡

Some days in real estate are a little chaotic, but I wouldn’t trade it. Between the miles driven, contracts written, and keys handed over, I’m just grateful to be part of so many exciting new chapters. ❤️

Now it’s time to sit back, enjoy a little Friday evening relaxation, and recharge before the weekend craziness begins! 🥂🍁

🏡🔑 THEY SAID YES TO THE ADDRESS! ❤️

Another closing day, but this one is extra special because these two are officially FIRST-TIME HOMEOWNERS! 🥹🎉

There’s something so rewarding about helping first-time buyers navigate the homebuying process and watching all the excitement, nerves, and anticipation turn into smiles at the closing table!

From searching for the right home to signing those final papers, it’s been such a pleasure being part of this exciting new chapter in their lives.

Congratulations to these two on becoming homeowners! 🏡❤️ Thank you for trusting me to guide you through the process. I can’t wait to see all the memories you make in your new home!

When your assistant insists on attending the home inspection… 😂🏡

Houston decided he needed to tag along for today’s home inspection, and apparently, he’s taking his new role VERY seriously! 🐶🔍

He followed the inspector around, supervised the plumbing inspection, made sure everything was up to his standards, and then decided he’d worked hard enough to deserve a nap right in the middle of the floor. 🤣

I’m not sure how much he actually learned about home inspections, but he’s definitely mastered the art of looking busy and getting paid in attention. ❤️

Houston’s inspection report:
✅ Plumbing supervised
✅ Inspector thoroughly monitored
✅ Floors tested for nap quality
✅ Cuteness levels exceeded expectations

How’s my day going, you ask?
Oh, you know… just casually driving along when my MOON ROOF DECIDED TO EXPLODE. 💥🚗

Nothing quite like a giant BOOM over your head followed by glass raining down to really get the adrenaline going. 😅 Scared the absolute crap out of me!

Was definitely NOT on today’s real estate agenda. 😂 I thought Real Estate was Real Estate-ing but really it’s just Life is Life-ing

🏡 5 homes. One out-of-town buyer. Let’s go house hunting!

When my clients can’t be here in person, I become their eyes and ears on the ground. 👀

Today’s agenda: touring 5 homes for an out-of-town client, taking videos, checking out the details you don’t always see in listing photos, and helping them narrow down which ones are worth a closer look.

Buying from out of town can feel overwhelming but having someone local who can walk the homes for you makes it a whole lot easier. 🤍

Now the big question… did one of these 5 make the cut? 🏡✨
