🐾 ATTENTION, PET PARENTS & PET-FREE RESIDENTS! 🐾

We’re making pet ownership a little easier (and keeping our community running smoothly)! 💙

PetScreening profiles are now required at both MOVE-IN and LEASE RENEWAL and are now part of your lease requirements.

🐶 Have a pet? You’ll need to create and maintain your PetScreening profile with your pet’s information and required documentation.

🐱 Don’t have a pet? You’ll still need to complete a profile! A PetScreening profile is required for every resident, even if you do not have a pet.

And there are some pretty great perks that come with your profile! ✨ Residents may have access to benefits including a free pet ID tag through FidoAlert, Wag! credit, Televet access, a Digital Pet ID, BetterPet resources, and more.

Creating your profile helps keep important pet information organized and contributes to a more transparent and respectful community for everyone. 🏡🐾

👉 Please make sure your PetScreening profile is completed before your move-in or renewal.
