We are still working on demo but getting closer to start work on Kitchen and new baths upstairs. The chimney is down and it really opened everything up.

We have started our renovations on our house on Kentucky Avenue in Norfolk. We hope to add a couple of baths, a new deck, and a 4th bedroom on the 3rd floor. The demo started this past week and we are making great headway. The plan is to complete the project by March 2019 so we can get in on the market in early 2019. We will be removing the 3 season porch relocating the 1/2 bath on the main floor and adding a new HVAC system on the basement and on the 3rd floor. Water and electricity get turned on this next week. More demo pictures to follow early next week.
