Congratulations and !!! I might’ve cried a tiny bit when we did the pre-list walk through but come on…y’all were babies when you bought this. This is where your love bloomed, your family was created, fur babies were raised, Perch Shop was born and thrived, outdoor movie nights were had, Saturday’s were spent at the pool, and so many special moments for family and friends were celebrated. Thank you for trusting me with the sale of your first home, I love you both!!!

Tonight we celebrated our “baby’s” 16th birthday. I say “our baby” bc for the first 10 years of his life my parents, and Peter’s parents kept him while I worked. We chose to split the time 50/50 bc we wanted him to spend equal time with them. That being said, they helped us raised him. We could not be prouder of the man he is becoming, and we know so much of that is because of their influence.

In addition to Tyler’s early bday, we also celebrated the fact that today my parents would have celebrated 55 years of marriage, and on Feb 23rd, Peter’s parents would also celebrate 55 years of marriage. Nothing will ever fill the void but celebrating our boy will always make us happy.
