Hampton Roads Real Estate Market Update

The local market showed steady signs of resilience in May. While activity was mostly flat compared to last year, settled sales jumped 13.6% from April to May, showing a strong month-over-month increase.

Median sale price: $375,000
Active listings: 5,512
Pending sales: 2,630
Settled sales: 2,485
Median days on market: 18

Even with more homes available, prices remained strong, giving buyers more choices without causing a major drop in home values.
