Friends, I was recently elected as Chairman of the Virginia Beach Housing Advisory Board. I’m grateful to my fellow members for placing me in this role. It is my honor to serve.

Fact: From 2000 to 2024 avg inflation adjusted wages have increased 16 %, while the median home price increases have been around 38%. Our housing crisis is bad and getting worse and we need bold out of the box thinking in order to address it. I’ll have more on that later and I welcome your feedback as well.
