"I moved here prior to new management and I didn’t have a good experience with the office and getting answers to serious questions about my water bill and getting a replacement dishwasher but however since the new manager Jamar took over it is a completely different experience I got my dishwasher and answers to my concerns I felt like he actually cared. "From what I can tell there wasn't great management. I've been here for two weeks so far and have no seen any big issues.

Rent - Decent pricing. There is no RPP. I wish...inflation is hard enough.

Communication - Was clear, some hiccups, but not from the main source. Transparency is a green flag.

I have had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Some of the noted problems in other reviews stem from misunderstanding and or laziness of the tenants.
