For others, that might mean you're scrambling to find a place to live before your next closing date. In certain situations, we might negotiate a lease back (or rent back) with the buyer. A lease back occurs when the buyer agrees to rent a home back to the seller for a predetermined period of time so that they can remain in the property. ​This is an option for sellers who get an offer before they've found their new home, as it assures the funds to make an eventual move plus a grace period so you don't have to rush into another purchase.

Here’s what buyers can generally expect:

💰 Earnest Money: Your deposit will typically be due within the timeframe outlined in your contract.

🔍 Home Inspection: An inspection can help you better understand the home’s condition and identify potential concerns.
