But seriously - I love the way you’ve decorated. But when your house is on the market, it isn’t about your style anymore. It’s about allowing the buyers to picture themselves living there. That often means creating a more neutral space that appeals to a wide range of people.

You never know which buyer touring your home will be the one who writes the offer. Great staging helps them all see your house as THEIR future home. 🏠😊

👀 Eye-catching? Absolutely.

🌿 Worth getting tangled up in? Definitely not!

I discovered it in my yard this morning. Fortunately, I’m one of those lucky people who can pull poison ivy out without any reaction. My husband, on the other hand, needs a special cream after just looking at it! 😂

🏡🎉Congratulations to my first time homebuyer! This young man knew what he wanted and didn’t stop until he found it.

Along the way, we had so many great conversations, laughs, and just a lot of fun. Although I’m a little sad to see it come to an end, I am sooo happy for him! Congratulations Jordan - I am so proud of you!! 👏
