Hello Everyone, My name is Alex Allison and this page is my personal way of sharing my business and how I love to do things, But most importantly how I can help YOU with ANY and ALL of your real estate needs. Let me start off by telling you a little bit about my business and of course myself as your agent! I have lived in Chesapeake, VA my entire life, so saying that I'm extremely familiar with the area is right on the money, and thankfully plays a huge role in being able to assist those looking to buy, sell, or rent in lots of fabulous ways! I have deep roots that connect my business and I to just about everything that is a MUST for my clients, whether its knowing/working with the best people, knowing great places/restaurants to eat out at, what the best schools are for your children, and what our community has to offer when it comes to looking for a home that fits you and your lifestyle to a T! Growing up I was raised in a salesperson/business household 24/7, so I'm very comfortable and have definitely been able to have the opportunity to witness and be apart of the best ways to help others and how to put my clients best interest on top of the priority list. By doing so its GUARANTEED that you will be able to trust me along every step of the way! With that being said the dedication that is being put into each stage of the process is bound to give us the gift of success( and a SOLD sign lol) I can assure you that's very satisfying for not only my clients but myself knowing that I was able to make a dream house a reality home for them. Communication is key in almost every situation is the way I love to look at things, when working together as a team, always staying in touch and on the same page is very important and that's why I love what I do and have a passion for real estate, because I get the pleasure of being there for my clients and guiding them through it all with the simple task of being very informative on everything I am doing to make the transaction as smooth as possible! I'm very proud to be a part of this community and my determination is at an all time high for providing my education and knowledge too those searching for an agent to assist them in all situations! Also, becoming a part of Keller Williams Coastal VA was a “ no-brainer” for me personally 100 %. Coming into the career alone was very impowering to finally be able to start what I loved, but doing so at KW has made it a dream job, the constant training/classes, events, team meetings, etc. keeps me as your agent in “tip-top” shape making it all the better for helping everyone around who is searching for that fitting agent to help them. So, excited is an understatement of my feelings for the things ahead with my position in this career, and for those that I get to work with on finding that dream home or getting the perfect amount from selling a home!
